Taking resveratrol supplements is a good source, but make sure you're eating foods that contain resveratrol as well.

Instructions

    1

Drink red wine. Red wine contains resveratrol in it. Obviously when drinking anything with alcohol, it's best to drink moderately. Drinking alcohol moderately is actually not bad for your health. The actual alcohol in red wine has said to help to help reduce heart disease. Red wine can help you live longer, reduce stomach ulcers, fight off colds and disease in the body, reduce Alzheimer's, reduce obesity and reduce the risk of stroke.

The negative effects of alcohol, is that if abused, it causes damage to your health. It can increase your chances of liver disease, cancer, and cause other health issues as well. It's suggested that 1-2 glasses a day is considered moderate drinking.

    2

Drink grape juice. Since red grape skins contain resveratrol, it would only make sense that grape juice would also contain reseveratrol. For those who don't care to drink alcohol, drinking grape juice is great alternative for resveratrol. It might contain some of the same benefits as red wine. Some of the benefits are reducing risk of blood clots, lower cholesterol, maintains a healthy blood pressure and prevents damage to blood vessels.

    3

Eating foods that contain resveratrol. Red grapes specifically. The grape skins contain resveratrol in them. So obviously that's a fruit to get into your diet on a regular basis. Reseveratrol can improve your physical look. It's anti-aging, that helps promote healthier skin.

Other foods known to have resveratol in them. Peanuts are a good source of resveratrol. Berries are another great source of resveratrol. Mulberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cranberries all contain resveratrol in them.

    4

Take resveratrol supplements. You get the same benefits from drinking red wine, but instead with the resveratrol supplements. I'd advised not buying these supplements online. There are quite a few scams online, claiming to send you a free trial. However, they end up taking your credit card info and run up your credit card bill. If you buy any supplements, do it at a health store. I would never buy any actual supplements, or pills online. You don't know where they've come from, or what has been done to them. They might not even be the actual supplements that you've ordered.

    5

Talk to your doctor about taking resveratrol supplements. If you want to take actual resveratrol supplements, discuss it with your doctor. Resveratrol supplements might not be for you. Depending on other medications that you're taking. Otherwise, you can still find other way to get revseratrol into diet naturally.
