What is Alli Weight Loss?

What is Alli Weight Loss?

Staying on a diet is just plain HARD. No one likes the feeling of being deprived of their favorite foods and having to think about everything that goes into their mouth. It seems that all diets require a major lifestyle change in order to lose a few pounds, and those changes can play havoc with your personal life.

How about a diet that doesn't require you to change your lifestyle? How about a diet that allows you to eat your favorite foods?

Welcome to the Alli weight loss program.

What is Alli?

Alli is a capsule containing orlistat, a substance that binds fat together so that it passes through your intestines and is excreted, instead of being absorbed.

What do you get?

Alli comes with all the tools you need to stay with the Alli plan. You will find 60 Alli capsules, a blue carrying case for your purse, a plastic key chain, "quick facts" cards, a welcome guide and a "read me first" booklet, a healthy eating guide, a companion guide and a daily journal. You should read all of the booklets before starting on the diet, and you should get your physician's approval.

The Daily Journal

One of the keys to making this diet work is having goals. Write down your goals in the inside of the orange daily journal sheet. You should also set daily exercise goals as well.

Making it work for you

You should take one capsule of Alli with every meal that contains more than 3 grams of fat; up to three capsules per day. Alli recommends that you take a multivitamin daily while you are on the Alli program, and that you drink plenty of water. Daily exercise is important not only to help the program work, but to make you feel better.

You should keep track of your progress in your daily journal, which gives you continued encouragement as you lose weight.

Where can you get Alli?

Drug stores as well as some department stores stock the Alli diet program. You can also purchase it online.
